July Journeys
- Week 1: July 6 - July 10 Fireworks Week
- Week 2: July 13 - July 17 Shark Week & Under the Sea with special guest Dr Samantha Leigh (Shark Scientist!)
- Week 3: July 20 - July 24 Myths and Magic Week Explore a kid-friendly version of some classical myths of gods and monsters and magic and adventures!
- Week 4: July 27 - July 31 Up in the Air Week It's a Bird, it's a Plane, it's... anything that flies! Rocketships, balloons, and more!

- Week 5: August 3 - August 7 Amazon Adventure Week Visit the Central/South American Rainforest
- Week 6: August 10 - August 14 Journey to Japan Week with special Youth Cultural Ambassador from Japan!
- Week 7: August 17 - August 21 Jambo! A Kenyan Safari Week
- Week 8: August 24 - August 28 Woodland Week Visit the forest & learn about the indigenous peoples of New York!
OUR CAMP DAY!
Each morning of our small-group virtual camp, we will start with a virtual Welcome circle, sing songs and do movement games related to our weekly theme.
We enjoy a topical interactive storytime, and kids do hands-on science, art, and cultural learning projects as a group, also related to the weekly theme, and sometimes featuring special guests!
We prepare a thematic snack together and send the kids on a mission away from the screen, before reconvening to share what we did, and enjoy a closing activity. Teachers will remain available in the Zoom room while kids are completing off-screen missions.
Participating Families are ALSO invited to enjoy extension activities related to our theme that your child can do later in the day, and attend our 4:30 PM end-of-day class!
4:30pm class also available separately without morning camp. See schedule below for details.

- Little to no parent involvement required.
- One single Zoom link all week.
- Use only common household/craft materials - a recommended materials list will be sent before class.
- Siblings attend FREE as long as they join on the same screen.
- COST: Single day $35. Full week $150. Check with us to see if your school has a special discount!
